Sunrise Ceremony

A month or so of scheduled activities, including free outings focusing on raising chickens and alpacas, hiking and kayaking and even participating in Native American drum ceremonies, are planned for this years Earth Week Plus Cheboygan County. The Earth Week Plus Adventures take place all month long in April and May each year. The Native American Sunrise Ceremony for 2014 will take place on Saturday, April 27th starting at 6:30 am at the residence of Bill Nash, founder of the White Feather Wellness Project. Join drummers in an offering of drums and fire in prayer for Mother Earth and her waters.
